Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 7-days return window, which means you must send the item back within 7 days of receiving it to be eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at bagzico.com@gmail.com if:

  • Your item is defective

  • It is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out.


Exchanges

To get a different item, please return your original item and, once accepted, place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU orders, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no justification needed.
The item must be unworn/unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account
