Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must send the item back within 7 days of receiving it to be eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it

Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

A video must be recorded before opening the parcel — returns or replacements will only be accepted if you have an unboxing video

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, the exchange will be completely free of charge.
Our own rider will deliver the correct item and pick up the incorrect one at the same time. -
For all other exchange requests (e.g. size, color, style change), you will need to pay all shipping and handling charges.
In such cases, once your return is approved, our rider will deliver the new item and collect the previous one during the same visit.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
